And now is it on the way to me.  Couldn't convert Scott to the 5 string side.....

not that i needed another 5 but the string spacing got my interest up.  maybe a c string is in its future as i have enough basses with seldom used b strings....

Carlo is the pickup a 63 or 66 with a blade i assume???

 This bass just makes me that much more excited for my NR II four banger! I would have hung on tho the 5ver but I'd much rather see this bass played. The bridge is a beautiful piece of work...............geeze I thought I was clever LOL.

Jim quietly inquired about it, he stood down while I grabbed it, I couldn't stand to see it go begging. Jim had right of first refusal. I tried to come to grips with a fiver just not for me, if I couldn't get on with this bass I knew I never would be a 5 string guy. I'm happy to keep it safe for a bit. If things were not in such chaos here I would have just kept her in the pile, but off she goes to someone who will play her.
