Well, nobody asked for my opinion, but that article is like leaving a loaded gun on the table on New Year's Eve and asking the gang not to play with it. Ultimately, somebody is gonna catch one between the eyes - and it probably wouldn't take long. We're usually pretty good about policing ourselves, and even better about maintaining our sense of humor in all manner of questionable subjects. Reading through the article gave ME pause - and that's not a good sign. :)

Ah, the Good Old Days when the 'one percent' looking out for the less fortunate:
The American eugenics movement received extensive funding from various corporate foundations including the Carnegie Institution, Rockefeller Foundation, and the Harriman railroad fortune.[6] In 1906 J.H. Kellogg provided funding to help found the Race Betterment Foundation in Battle Creek, Michigan.[8] The Eugenics Records Office (ERO) was founded in Cold Spring Harbor, New York in 1911 by the renowned biologist Charles B. Davenport, using money from both the Harriman railroad fortune and the Carnegie Institution.

Not to mention the Feds:
