We're currently in a serious multi year drought, this might help.  I'm battening down the hatches.

Batten down the hatches Carlo!

So glad it doesn't do that here.......

DANG!  Looks like you might get 6 inches of rain in, say, an hour....!!!

Don't know that they make enough blush retarder to handle that kind of humidity!

The driveway is going to need some serious attention once Beryl finishes with it.

Gonna be mostly rain, this summer will be a lot worse if an actual hurricane gets this close.

Don't need any more here. We've had only one two-day stretch without rain since around April 10th or so. Plenty of wind damage in some areas too.

OTOH I've never forgotten Hurricane Carla in 1959, would never want to go through another storm like that.

Stay safe.

No multi-year drought, but we are DRY and cracking in mid-Missouri. We had a few sprinkles this past Thursday. If we'd gotten a few more, it may have settled the dust for an hour. That bass is scheduled for delivery 5/30 - praying for safe arrival. Batten the hatches and furl the mizzens, matey....!!!
