Fantastic. Especially the part where he shows one of the first 5 basses Fender ever made, and when asked what it sounds like, he replies, "horrible... it sounds like it plays... a lot of the old ones like this I've had you can't hear the E string at all, it's much quieter than the rest."

I find that fascinating.  Incredible dexterity and touch.  No wonder they called him Thunderfingers.

I'm a huge Entwistle fan, but I dunno - it's actually kind of painful to watch. Neither John nor the interviewer seems very focused - lots of mumbling going on. And the parts where John plugs in... I never really dug his later "kitchen sink" approach to getting a sound.
