I bought my Pearl Export Bass for 150 euro.
The Pearl Export is exactly the same bass (except for the binding on the neck which the Epi doesn't have)
I had planned to use it as a pickup donor for the BaCHbird. But I ended up not using those pickups for the BaCHbird.

I tried to sell it (in the unmodified condition). But nobody wanted to buy it...

It is a very heavy bass. And I am used to heavy basses and I seldom complain. But to be honest, this one is actually too heavy. The main reason why I don't take it out to play very often. The pickups sound okay, but not sensational. I chose to replace them with something completely different.
Still have the wiring loom plus pickups on a shoebox somehwere.
