Hi to all you regular "Outposters" 8)

Just thought I'd drop you a line to let you know that I am still very much here
and am a regular visitor/reader, I just don't seem to have much to post up at the
mo' - busy at work and my recent typing time has been taken up preparing details
for my blog, of which I get quite a few visits from the USA. :)

So keep up the good work, I am here but not in a participating way.

All the best to you posters.

Cheers. :)

Don't worry, you can lurk all you want and post when you feel like it! And did I miss a link to your blog somewhere?

Eric, whenever you choose to post, I enjoy seeing pics from your collection.

Howdy...

Kenny, Hi - Yep, that's the one.
Took me ages to get it going and now I'm into the swing of it, I am really enjoying it.
I do struggle a bit with the pics - take about 10 to get one good shot! Ah well, the more practice
I have, the better. :)
The bass I mentioned for a free temp loan, is now in Kent. I will e.mail you and see if you fancy
a bit of rough - Bass, that is!!!!! ;D
I am getting closer to you know who - will let YOU know.  :)

Dave, thanks.

Went to a Bass Do, yesterday - had a great time.
Took something Unique, which made a lot of folks smile when they had a go.
Haven't got round to it in my blog yet but here is a pic of a couple of the guys at
the show, having a quick go.
It weighs around 20lbs and everyone who threw a strap over their shoulder, said it
wasn't as bad as they thought it would be.
You wouldn't play it all night, anyway. 10 - 15 mins, you'd be fine.

I'l leave you with this shot - a 1977 John Diggins Jaydee, made for someone called
"Fez Faraday" - never heard of him and can find nothing about him. Shame!

Will keep popping back, to see how you all are.

Cheers. :)

That JD is not that disimilar in shape to my AD build... mine has less necks, mind you... ;)

Unusual 4/8 doubleneck. Fez Faraday sounds like a pseudonym for an electrical engineer.

OldManC

I remember the name Fez Faraday but I can't place where I know him from. Beautiful bass though!
