I'm sure many are already familiar with this.  I wasn't, however, and found it interesting.  Brutally frank.

I have always and will always love listening to this man. He seems such a ball of contradictions. Prickly self awareness and self delusion all wrapped into one package... I know of some people who think he only gets more cool points for being the one who died first (hi Paul) but I don't see it that way at all. He changed and evolved (for better or worse) all along and seemed most of the time to be exactly what he portrayed. He was what he claimed in this interview, an artist.
