Pretty frisky $$$ for kitch. Don't get me wrong, I love kitch as much as anybody - 1k for a 69.95 guitar is likely a bit much!

That looks like a Mosrite neck on a Burns body.

First Man was a Mosrite copy company from the late 60s. Not a Greco. May not be bad, but Japanese guitars in the late 60s weren't very good in general. I sure as hell wouldn't pay anywhere near that for it.
