It just looks silly on a grown man!  Any which way you put it, it's not an "axe". Its sound defies its looks.

Even Sir Paul looked silly with that violin shape, while that Ric always looked great on him.

Well, no, it's not an "axe" and there's not much phallic about it. But having a small bass with a BIG sound has its own charm and appeal.

Those of you who witnessed me buyin' my 53 EB a year ago know I was debating whether to make her lefty or not.
Well I finally went ahead & took another step towards her becoming playable for this southpaw...I took her to Tina--the best & prettiest tech here in the Valley....AND she has an English accent. heh
She's gonna take the buzz out of her, so I'll be playin' this beauty & postin' photos this weekend! (or sooner)
