I've got a late 70's Ibanez Silver Series bass and need a new pickguard for it.  The placement of the P pickup is closer to the neck than standard but otherwise it is just like a regular P pickguard.  Can anyone recommend a good maker of 'guards?  Thanks in advance.

I never really had too many custom guards made but when I did I used Chandler guitars, I had a B/W/B guard made for my Geddy lee Jazz but routed for a p-bass pup, and their
work was pretty amazing, just like factory.

Warmoth, Pickguardian and WD come to mind for standard pickguards.

Terrapin is another option.  He did a great job on the guard for my Bachbird, and that one was based on a pdf drawing that I sent him.

Don't forget Scott (Godofthunder). He makes excellent T-bird pickguards too.
Don't know if he could make any other models?

Thanks Rob, I pretty much just do Tbird guards.

I was just thinking about Scott, Rob.  (no, not that way......)  I figured it was just the T-Bird guards though.  I love the one he made for my Bachbird!  Thanks for all of the other suggestions too guys.
