Fresh uploads to my YouTube channel from a small gig last month.  This is the gig we played with all Gretsch instruments....I just set up a camcorder with a stereo mike, so there are people walking around, etc....

Maybe not our best work ever, but still fun to play.  The mike seems to be more sensitive to treble than bass - drums sound unusually crisp.

Staring at that event horizon is a dirty job, but someone has to do it; something's going to come back out of it one day...

Thanks....we don't put on airs - we just try to play in an original 60's style. But at least we're a small band doing something we enjoy!

Thanks!  You're right about the drummer...he's 62...he can play about two hours, and that's all.  But he has been playing this style since the 60's and he's one of the best surf drummers you'll hear.  He's an ex-Air Force officer with an interesting background.  He's also the author of the motorcycle adventure novel "A Run Up The Coast".
