They forgot the 24 hour toll-free service line you can call anytime and never reach a real person. Or someone in India telling you that he/she has "to speak to my supervisor" first.

That's a really cute video, and it makes its points well.

No one talks about the fact that NO ONE ASKED FOR THIS. The FCC just decided to do it on their own so they could auction off the freed-up bandwidth.  That's it. Just an auction deal. No one asked for this to happen - not consumers, not the broadcasters, not interest groups. The stuff will hit the fan when this conversion occurs - and it didn't have to happen...or at least, not now.
