I saw Sugar on Sunday and Monday nights here in NY. It was their first time playing live in 31 years. I hadn't seen them since 1994. It was pretty great. No one ever thought they'd play together again. I got seriously into them around 1993 and they've been in frequent rotation ever since. I never thought to apply the idea of "soundtrack of your life" to myself, but the other night made me realize they can claim that. I'm still buzzing. In a few weeks they're starting the official tour through Europe, then back to the U.S. The show back in NYC will be Bob Mould's birthday. That should be fun.
