Email notification issues?

Are there issues with email notifications?  Even with threads I'm subscribed to, more often than not I don't get emails for new posts.  Today, I've been getting repeated emails for a couple when there are no new posts at all.

I don't see any abnormal errors in the error logs, so no idea.  I'll sign up for alerts on this thread and see if I see the same thing.

Thanks.  Replying to see if you get a notification.  I can always change my address to see if that helps.  Nothing's going to spam.

Nope, did not get any alerts or emails.  I went under the little Alerts menus, and then Settings, and I checked pretty much everything, so not sure why.  Can you try quoting this message?  The last alert I see (from before just checking every setting just now for notifications/alerts) was from 2/8 when Herr Uwefrankfurtersteinhausenburgenschmidt quoted me on something.
