That Woodstock gig of theirs was a great one - in one of the most mindboggling promotion follies ever, their management refused their appearance in the Woodstock film. Which is why a majority of people who only know the movie and the original vinyl records of the event believe they - just like CCR - never played there.

This is a very simple, but fun song.  We have two covers we pull out occasionally.  This is one of them.  But more often than not, it's all originals.

For Rob, nice touch of him to remember that part of his past, it's not really the music he usually does (and you can hear it a little, but it's a worthy gesture still):

Midge normally sings much higher with his pop tenor voice, seeing him emulate Phil's baritone (quite well actually) is cute.

A nice little tune totally unrelated to today's occurrences at the Capitol.

Mark Farner has a new album out doing his typical brand of gospel/soul hard rock, catchy:

We've taken too much for granted ... and all the time it had grown ...
From techno seeds we first planted ... evolved a mind of its own ...
