Posted by a member at TDPRI who snagged this from Wildwood Guitars.

It's a Malaysian Blackwood Tele 90 (blackwood top, alder back) from about 2017. I never heard of it at the time, only 300 were made, only 92 for the US market. Retailed for $2K.

Sounds great, too.

Are those P90's...?

Fender P90s, yes. Spaced 2mm wider than Gibsons to fit the usual Fender bridge spacing, although that's not necessary since the magnetic field is easily wide enough if traditional P90 construction is used. Fender has offered these in various series over the past 20 years from the Player series Mustang to custom shop models. Too bad you can't order them without buying the guitar.

P90s are always a plus for me. Those must be low output, which is nice.

Their output is similar to vintage Gibson P90s. More output than Fender single coils but not what I'd call hot.

P90s sound their best with the volume about halfway, imho. Unlike trad Tele pickups which I prefer at 10.
