Techniviking is pleased at this news; it is in fact a very happy day you silly Yanks.  You can't tell due to his battle-ready stoicism, but he is.  Don't be culturally incsensitive; the Berlin Love Parade is bigger than Christmas.

You never know what might happen. He never bought that Gibson Bunny Brunel Bass. A few years ago, he would have snapped it up in a heartbeat.

OK, but too be fair that thing is ugly and P/J pups are a boring cop out even if they say Alembic on them (though interesting in the sense of a pointy shazz tool like that not being a bolt on, and it has to be said, Alembic electronics are a selling point).

The mere fact that it is a Gibson that he doesn't own yet, should have been enough

Fair enuf - he did acquire the SPCB (though I would argue it is more unique and not as ugly as this) - but He's been talking himself down from the sickness for years, starting with that arbitrary no-collecting-for-finishes rule.  :P

Like Noah, I couldn't save them all.
We've taken too much for granted ... and all the time it had grown ...
From techno seeds we first planted ... evolved a mind of its own ...
