His quote after the shooting and court case:

"I am very sorry about the incident," Shaver said afterward. "Hopefully, things will work out where we become friends enough so that he gives me back my bullet."

That's about the clearest non-apology I've ever read.  Masterful.
"A computer lets you make more mistakes faster than any other invention with the possible exceptions of handguns and tequila."

RIP Billy Joe. He also had been featured on the tales from the tour bus series.

Contrary to what James Bond says, a good Gibson should be stirred, not shaken.
