Heard this first thing yesterday morning - very sad. Leonard has been a favorite of mine since I got my copy of the first Yesterday & Today album in 1976 (I currently own three on vinyl). The drumming - particularly that ridiculous right foot of his - on it is nothing short of mind blowing. Later, as Y&T, they got a little more commercial, a little more refined and a little better produced. Unfortunately, they also lost a little of the rawness and abandon. That said, the first album is seminal for me, and remains a watershed moment in my musical development. RIP Leonard.:-(

Last and only time I saw him. I found him an impressive drummer.
