I find it disappointing how even the purest of my intentions are misconstrued in this cesspool of innuendo you guys wallow in. 

You lead singer is the first woman I see playing an Explorer since Lovely Lita Metal Maid Ford!



I think there is a reason for that: That angular shape doesn't appeal to women, you know how they want everything rounded and without sharp edges. All that Feng Shui girlie stuff.

Sorry to say, but it doesn't look right on her.

I always had a sneaking suspicion that that stop and go aspect of your cherished national sport has sources embedded elsewhere.

So that is the reason behind my unhealthy complexion!!!

Of course, it's all about getting sensible action on these things. Filing the saddles deeper is another option.

Or getting a Warwick bridge.

IIRC, the less than low action is the one and only gripe John has about this bass.

Mine actually came into being because of it: I overturned the trussrod in an effort to get the action sensibly low and with that repair coming up I decided to have it refinned and have an extra pup added (plus buying a new EB-0, a slothead this time whose two point is not giving the same issues).
