Nice! I've always wanted a Ric bass. Walnut is unique. Now that the 4003s is available, I'm definitely going to try to get one after playing a 4003 and a 4003s side by side. Although if a 4001c64 popped up, I might be tempted.

The middle one is slightly mint green. The one on the right has a lot of mint green change over. I own two guitars in Blue Boy (a 660/12 and a 350v63). The 660/12 is still all blue, no green anywhere. It was made around July 2004. My 350v63 had green and yellow all over it. It was made in October 2005. I got most of the yellow off pretty easily and I've been working on getting the green back to blue. In certain light it looks more blue now. I heard it was a problem with the Conversion Varnish they used back then. Rickenbacker plays dumb about it depending who you talk to. It's a shame because I absolutely love the Blue Boy color.
Three Blue Boy Rickenbackers!
But only one of them is mine...
What is better than three Blue Boy Rickenbackers?
This is what happens when Peter Boer pays you a visit.
