Interesting.  You can see when he plays that he's having some difficulty with his fretting hand.

One of the reasons I quit playing was because I lose nearly all the feeling in my left arm within about 10 minutes of playing.  Some of us go out playing, despite all the obstacles, because it's the only thing we may know, or because it's a passion that sustains us.  Look at what happened with Keith Emerson.

Isn't it Richards playing bass on the recording of "Sympathy For The Devil"?  My least favorite Stones song...

There comes a time when change is due.  Even the icons of our youth knew it.  I always enjoyed the clips I heard from your bands, but I know what you're feeling.  It's good that everyone else was thinking along the same lines as you.  You were able to discuss it and reach an agreement.

The future holds what the future holds.  Face it with enthusiasm and anticipation.  I wish you the best of luck in all things.   8)

It's true. But there's at least one other member here older than I am.

I'm guessing at least two.

We made some pretty scary bombs when I was in my early teens - magnesium powder, black powder, sulfur, and the insides of a flare compressed in a stick deodorant dispenser. I'm glad to be fully intact!

I somehow took it upon myself to learn and build all the incendiary devices for my band.  Open flames, flashpots (aka stationary pipe bombs), and we thought nothing of carrying a 25 lb. keg of Hercules Red Dot in the back of the truck.  Even when controlled as we knew how, there were incidents.

I have a fondness for the first two Foghat albums, but I have to say that I think they sounded their best on Fool For The City and In The Mood For Something Rude.  The common element there was bassist/producer Nick Jameson.  He brought out their best.

Savoy Brown is one of my favorite bands.  I love the older Chris Youlden stuff, but I think their best would be Street Corner Talkin' with Dave Walker on vocals.

As long as you got In The Mood For Something Rude, you're forgiven.

Agreed.  "Doc's Place" or "Doc's Shop" perhaps

How about Dr. Bill's Shop?
