I have 4 of these single coils built around a sewing machine bobbin (just like the ones pictured).

« on: April 18, 2022, 06:08:26 AM »In my opinion this is the first ModShop creation that looks really good. No hodge podge pickguard and a lovely finish. The white soeeds knobs are a nice touch. Controls lay-outis the only correct one.
Yeah but it's called a Grape!
When the finish begins to check will it be known as Raisin?

« on: April 16, 2022, 07:07:54 AM »The G2 seems to have the bridge saddles right above the middle knob, all the other models in the pic have them about halfway between the vol and tone. The neck is pushed out by one fret. The other Birds have the deepest point of the cutaway under 17th fret, the G2 has it under the 18th fret. So a bit more neck dive, I guess, better access and slightly treblier pickups.

By chance do you know how the magnets are positioned regarding their N:S orientations?
