Gene usually goes in the Gibson forum, but, but, that bass doesn't look like a Gibson!

Ha ha! And it looks like your bass that he borrowed!

BTW, I'd love a black/white/maple 70s P with the TV logo. Of course then I'd need a white/black/rosewood to go with it. A or B neck, please.  ;)

Surprised he didn't paint that pickguard black. So weird looking on him.

I always thought that a black P w white guard looks like a cheap toy.... this may have something to do with 90% of the shitty Squire Ps I was exposed to as a younger lad were of that fin; they just scream "student instrument" to me.  Now white with a black guard; that's classy/classic. Black can be acceptable with a tort guard, as is more common on Js.  Black w B/W/B guard is nice too.
