Not worth it for the haul. Those Kappa's aren't a good match to the cab's airspace and are much less efficient. The V-6 cabinet was for guitar for the V-4 amp. For a much better cab (and if I had the money and space I would buy it) there's a Mesa Boogie 2x15 with the old EVM drivers at my local Guitar Satan for $299 which I'm sure could be negotiated down to the same price as that ruined Ampeg.
