RIP
End of an era, for sure.
Utmostly unlucky band. Someone should have told them that early on, but then we would have never heard the like of Blitzkrieg Bop. Or rhymes like "the KKK took my baby away", reputedly written by lefty Joey about righty Johnny for crossing the state line to his girl friend.

I was a fan from the start, was lucky enough to see them a couple of times. R.I.P. Tommy. R.I.P. RAMONES
Love Joey's Solo album. Great version of It's a Wonderful World.
I always thought he had a great American pop voice. As a teenager, two bands inspired/incentivized me to form a band: The Ramones and Angel! No joke either, I guess that defines "sitting on a fence", doesn't it?

Finally, they can get the band back together in the next world... rip...

Utmostly unlucky band.
As unlucky as Lynyrd Skynyrd. I've often wondered if their practices spaces had asbestos issues or something.
Fuel calibration took LS... plenty of unlucky or just self-destructive young musos...
they ran outta' gas.
The pilot paid for his mistake...
