Between the RD & the Thunderbird, it's amazing how much heavier the RD is. I've always liked the fireburst finish on the RD Artist also. I don't recall if any other guitars were ever finished in that color. Vintage sunburst looks almost identical on the '59 EB-2 & 12 string, but I believe they referred to it as "Fireburst".

+1. I have put one wilkinson in my epi lp, because original bridge had some stripped  screws and stuff, so I thought about experiment a bit. Very nice stuff.

Yep, but with my track records for projects...  ;)
