Really like Johhny Paycheck, but what bass is he using? Baldwin, I read, Teisco too. But what bass is it? And has anyone here tried one out?

That's a Teisco bass.  I've seen a couple on eBay over the years.

i had a teisco guitar many years ago.  well made,  pickups crappy.

That's pretty well accepted, but they did have their own period sound. Sometimes it's fun!
