Lotsa pix and words.
Beautiful mojo!
Oh.....MY......
Beautiful! I love beat up looking basses!
I had to look close for this mojo you speak of. A very honest description. It should go for a lower price seeing the extra pickup added & headstock repair.
I liked the seller's response to the question. Let's wait and see if tune-o-matic grabs it and sells it as 100% original in a couple weeks.
Even with the wear, mods and repairs, it should get at least the opening bid.
Sweet T-bird! VERY interesting-looking fretboard - I've never seen anything like that before. Gibson was building top-notch instruments back in '64 - it seems that they would have rejected any piece of wood that looked like that.
I am pretty sure that fingerboard has been repaired.
Wouldn't surprise me either, or it could just be an unusual figure. At least the guy answers questions.
mutter mutter darn defective lotto tickets...if i had the dollars to spare i would bid.
That bass looks like somebody loved it.
Warts and all I'm tempted.
I was too...But..it's busted...and a pickup is added....so many things.....
Somebody loved it a bit too much. But it does have a bid.
Would Love to have it!
...I bet it plays like Buddah!
Sold for $3550
I'm not surprised.
