Does it really surprise anybody here that I like those ;D
For something that's supposedly very rare, these come up about every three or four months. I don't recall seeing any one actually sell for more than about $800.
Uwe has his solid red piezo Explorer, he's resisted buying this finish every time it's mentioned. Maybe you'll wear him down eventually.
I like them too. I want to take one for a jazz gig.
T-t-t-t-emptation!
But the mind ruleth the flesh. At least it should some of the time. :-\

Surely you'll break your rule for this one (http://bassoutpost.com/index.php?topic=5917.msg95183#msg95183). :vader:
If those basses were great otherwise maybe yes, but they are unfortunately not. Any Victory creams them into the ground. That said, I'm gonna play one for the next rehearsal, about time it gets some fresh air!
