Congratulations, Ronn. To you and The Eggmen. Doesn't that make something like 8 wins in 10 years for the band? Whatever the number is, that's remarkable in a music town like Austin.

Thanks everyone, we're very happy and dare I say, proud of our 8th year to win(and my first time to make the bass guitarist list), if we can win two more times we go into the Austin Music Hall of Fame!

Congratulations, Ronn! I just checked Utube, and found The Eggstones there. That Beatles medley - from Abbey Road - ain't no small potatoe. Really nice! If it wasn't for the wife telling me it's time for bed, I'd stayed tuned to see and listen to everything from The Eggstones on the Tube. But there's a day tomorrow, and I'm a free man!
By the way, I listened to another guy from Austin two nights ago. Dave Herrero, really good guitarist, and he's not afraid to let it all hang loose with his band. Long journeys in outer space, based on blues it says. Me myself, I wonder... Anyways: Recommended listening!
