I can't believe this guy. Selling two LPs guitars, one Triumph bass and a Recording guitar. It's unreal! Wonder if my wife would notice if I sold her car??? This is killing me! :o

Yep, I have one bass that I want in my collection really bad and this is it!!!!! Don't think I'll ever get one at this rate. He says he'll sell them both together and end the single auction. Not a very buyer-friendly approach if you ask me. It's obvious what he's trying to do. I hope it doesn't work.
It might work, all it takes is one buyer and it looks like such a nice matched set. But IMO it's overpriced.

I agree. I just think he's greedy and not deserving of my my hard earned cash.
You gotta be kiddin............. :o
Of course it'll be great to keep them together!
Wow!
But 7500 BIN is too high if you ask me...
Sure glad I don't collect guitars OR for fins!
OMG, that bass is stunning....

If for both, then no (a pair in white is rare). Remember, the first white Triumph we ever saw hit ebay (mint condition) went for 4K. This was a few weeks after I bought mine (definately not mint) for CAN$800. Less than 6 months later a not so mint one (slightly better condition than mine) went for 2.5K or so. LP Recs are worth even more than Triumphs though I'm not sure if white was a rare finish on the geetars as it was on the basses.
There was a similar (same?) pair of white LPs up- on ebay a few years ago. Don't think it sold, but I'm not certain.
(Hi guys, sorry it's been a while.... Uwe, just to make you a little jealous, I'd like to tell you that you missed a very rare and excellent show - the Jeff Healey tribute was last weekend, a friend went and saw a team up consisting of Jack Bruce, Collin James and [former Deep Purple guitard whose name I can't recall]. Jack played his Warwick sig)
It can only have been Steve Morse (and he is still with Purple, Tommy Bolin is in heaven and Ritchie Blackmore lives in the Renaissance period)... and you were not worthy, Jake!
Marriage plans moving along nicely?
Yeah, just booked the caterer and confirmed the menu yesterday - what an ordeal.
We, got married and went on a vacation, saved the wedding money as part of a down payment on a house, and just sent out an announcement. She was divorced so a wedding was coming out of our pockets.
You mean your wife's parents were once bitten, twice shy? ;) Underestimating what a reliable and faithful person you are.
Her father died when she was 2 years old, at the age of 40, from a massive heart attack, and her mom never remarried and did not have much money, so her mom paying for anything never entered our heads.

Didn't Satriani fill the spot for a couple of gigs?
