That looks like a Mosrite neck on a Burns body.
First Man was a Mosrite copy company from the late 60s. Not a Greco. May not be bad, but Japanese guitars in the late 60s weren't very good in general. I sure as hell wouldn't pay anywhere near that for it.
Yup...even in very nice shape, just as a guess they're about 2x the real value.
