Hey folks,
Anybody got a recommendation on a gig bag that is inexpensive (or even cheap), but reasonably sturdy and reliable?
Bass it'll get used for is a 34"-scale Danelectro circa 1999 so it's A) not worth much, but B) kinda flimsy.
My current gig bag is rapidly losing all its stitches and has officially crossed the line into being useless.
Check out Rondo Music's site. $19.95. Everything I've ever bought from them has been a good deal. It's not a Rockbag but looks pretty good for the price

I have the short scale version of this Road Runner bag from Guitar Center - it''s a very nice bag, well padded and a tough zipper.

+1 on the Roadrunner. Lots of room for stuff too. I keep my strap, 3 cables (including power cord), pedal tuner, extra strings and a towel in it.
I've got this one from Ibanez that's been pretty good. It even has an attachable bag for all your junk.

Thanks for the suggestions guys! The Road Runner seems like a contender.
Dadagobol, have you actually used that particular Rondo bag or do you just like Rondo stuff in general? I wasn't clear from your wording.
You know, I have the Roadrunner bag, too. My Scroll bass shipped in it. Nice bag, but I haven't been using it. I moved the Scroll bass to my Body Glove bag.

I do like their stuff in general. Haven't used that Rondo bag but I've got a cheaper one from them. The workmanship is good...and it's definitely cheap. I have some Roadrunners also. Very good quality, I don't care for the graphics, but no biggie.
