Title: T-bird bridge nuts
Post by: Stjofön Big on December 12, 2009, 09:02:00 AM
Anyone knows if it's possible to find nuts for a Thunderbird bridge, 60's style? What I'm looking for is the ones with one side of the hole closed, if you follow.

That type of nut is commonly called an acorn nut or cap nut. I forget what size they are, but the ones available at the local hardware store have a much larger outside dimension than the originals.

Lately in the US, we've been finding that married men (governors, golfing stars) are responsible for all kinds of things!
