That is just weird.
And stupid too!
Thank you, Rick Nielsen, for inspiring this sort of insanity.
Haven't we discussed these before? Maybe it was another forum. These multi-neck basses, guitars and guitar-bass matings have been appearing on the Bay for about a year, same seller, same "pro" Tennessee brand. No idea how many have sold, if any. I don't see them as anything but a curiosity. Well, that and a waste of cheap wood. ;)
What a waste of Chrome!
too funny! the ad reads like a chinese carry ouy menu.
Forth Neck Is 4 String Bass Neck
Two Large Bass Pick Ups Provide Great 5 String Sound

On neck #4, I would like the General Tso's double humbucker sound, with chili pod!

Sorry, General Tso's men are too busy building more of these.
if i lived in a dry climate i would plant one of these in the garden like some kind of mutant deset flower. it would have to be way cheaper as well. ;)
check out the other stuff this guy has for sale. :o
I'm sure we have laughed at these before. They get some stunning reviews on on Harmony Central.
Action, Fit, & Finish : 1
Just awful. It also smelled like paint. "
"It arrived un-playable on either neck. "
"The finish on the body might look "ok" from the back of a smokey club after a few too many shots of cheap tequilla, but will certainly dissapoint anyone that considers themself a musician"
"No way I would use it in my front room let a lone at a gig!!!!!!"
"Hands down the worst construction on any instrument I've ever seen."
I saw something similar being played on a TV "news" show, a publicity stunt for a music shop. Could be the same as in the article below, claimed to be made by a company called Hutchins, who do make guitars, but "The Beast" looks suspiciously similar to the Tennessee ones, apart from being playable.

That "instrument" is a wall-hanger. :o It's also more proof that just because something is possible, it's not necessarily a good idea. :P

You'd need a high, strong wall, and some big screws.
