Hi to all.
I have news on two more Peter Cook instruments.
From what Peter and I discussed, it seems that his total output of custom instruments, including his work with The Who and several other famous artists and the Axis Basses and Guitars, would be around 65. So, it's always of an interest to me, when another one turns up.
Below are links to another two that have turned up.
Any input or any news on other Peter Cook instruments out there, that I have not yet seen, would be gratefully received.

Cheers. :)
(links edited)
Peter hasn't posted a link to to the rare one yet. Very nice.
Very cool stuff. Definitely of its time visually.
Btw that first link is missing the "l" at the end, it came up as 404 but then I noticed it ended in ".htm" instead of ".html". That would fix it.

Oh cool - I also found your page that explains the active electronics - very unusual:

Quote1. volume knob (near back p/up)
2. cut/boost knob offering 15dB cut/boost
3. Frequency knob which works in turn with cut/boost knob (essentially,
you've got a parametric system - freq range of 80Hz to 20KHz).
4. pickup selector switch
5. pickup phase mini toggle switch
6. Active/Passive mode mini toggle switch - I assume this is a 3 way job as
it says that you get `passive with top cut, full normal passive and active on'
I think the one for sale some time back belonged to someone with the initials LF and I think he pulled the sale... could not get the beastie past his reserve... I could contact him and ask...?
