Should I keep it in the line or ditch it after I finish up the prototypes?

Thanks! I hoped it might be well liked here...it has a bit of an LPJ vibe.
I like it a lot!
It's a cool shape. I like it with a single pup better than two.
Great shape. Did you consider a pickguard option?

I'm a staunch "no pickguard/no plastic" guy, but I never say never.
I like that shape too, and the black with chrome is cool. Reminds me a bit of a high-end Gretsch with Showy hardware.
Thanks! A poster on another form referred to the headstock as a B.C. Richenbacker and now I love it even more.
The body outline has a nice early Rickenbacker or 'catalog guitar' vibe. I don't think it entirely works with the chunky hexagonal pickup surrounds as they are so linear and angular? Maybe soften those to meet the level of curve in the body? The body shape is too nice to lose!

It reminds me of the guitars Paul Barth designed , like the Combo 600 . He kept a similar shape on guitars he designed after leaving Rickenbacker .
Thanks and yes, this is 100% a riff on the Combo 600 shape, hence the name.
I'm going through a hardware update so I plan to use renderings to show my current offerings with the updated hardware spec. Bridges will be Hipshot B-style and the updated ring shapes are below. The control plate will be the traditional T-style hot-dog shape, but with three holes vs. two plus a blade and the holes are drilled to allow a switch to be mounted in the center or at one end.
I'm very happy to hear that people like the design...one never knows with these things.

Keep the comboluxe. It has a personality that feels both distinctive and balanced and classic. That's hard to do.
The burst looks amazing btw.
Keep it !
Wow! Folks have given me a ton of insight on a number of platforms in a very short period of time. I appreciate the comments, feedback, and kind words...I'm really grateful.
It seems clear to me that the Comboluxe deserves an opportunity to make its mark, so I'm going to keep moving forward. My plan is to offer the following configurations:
Comboluxe IV Bass - 32" scale
Comboluxe V Bass - 32" scale
Comboluxe VIII Bass - 32" scale
Comboluxe VI Guitar - 25.5" scale
Thanks again!
Thanks for the feedback, all! The updated renders are on the website:
