Someone in Argentina made a three point bridge that looks like a vintage two point bar bridge.

I've seen his two point bar bridge on Ebay and they look pretty good. I have been considering one for a '58 Explorer bass build. Interesting idea for a three point replacement, does it have the Allen set screw adjustment for each side?
Yes, it does. See the third pic that I posted.
I see them. Thanks.
Why anyone would want that archaic bridge revived is beyond me.
But then Dave says it's a perfect design as is. If that type of "accurate enough" non-ambition had been applied to your NASA space program, Neil Armstrong would have missed the moon and went on straight to Pluto.

Too soon! We're still mourning Pluto's planetary demotion.
I wasn't ok with that either. Nobody asked me. As a Catholic, I'm still reelin' from that ludicrous "Earth turns around Sun" heretic fake news. Since we put the inquisition prematurely on hold, we've really opened the floodgates.

So you're suggesting the inquisition be reinstated? I could be on board with that.
No worries, it has a follow-up/successor organisation that is alive and well: Opus Dei.
AFAIK, the Holy Inquisition was never officially dissolved, it just got less assignments. Napoleon dealt it pretty much a death blow when he conquered Spain. The man's contribution to the modern world as we know it cannot be overestimated.
bwahahahahaha!
Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition!!!!

When did I ever say that the bar bridge was a perfect design?

....
An ex-sister-in-law is involved with them.

I bought a bar bridge from him once (for my 58 explorer build :)). It was good, the guy can cast a decent bar bridge!
Mine had allen set screws. The finish was a tad more matte than a proper nickel bridge, but it looked very good otherwise.

Don't split hairs, two-point is two-point.
