kind of interesting = is it a composite of many, a melody maker or ?

It's a nice colour and it would be a nice bass for playing live! It is a melting pot though...

That was done in good taste. The pickguard now covers those awful JB pup routings, but at the same time echoes the Kalamazoo/Melody Maker look. Worthy.

Yep, nicely done. I do think he's way optimistic on his price, you can probably find an all-original slothead EB-3 for that. But you never know.

It is odd that they used that scratchplate. The repair and solid refin should have been enough to conceal the hack job. Still, it does look very nice indeed.....

yeah but i kind of like that plate that Dr Bill did on his Cherry/Vanilla LP.
this is kind of in that catagory...almost.
i was thimpking of something similiar with my Lacewood SG if i can ever get it figured out what colors to use that will let the wood grain show through.
what caught my eye on this one was that i was thinking of a sort of Kalamazoo/Melody Maker PG and there it was on the bay.
