What would possess someone to BUTCHER such a nice instrument to produce....this (https://www.ebay.com/itm/274305889746?ul_noapp=true) ???

An unknown J body with a shaved down Roscoe Beck neck and 2 single J pickups is not a "Rosco Beck 5 String Custom EMG Bass." It's just a parts bass, and a sorry, butt-ugly one at that.

"The EMG pickups are the highest end I could find" -- nothing against EMGs, but who does he think he's fooling?

"It's hard to put a price on this bass as the neck and parts are worth more than I am asking." I'd put a price of $25 on the used tuners and the EMGs and tell him to junk the rest.
