Crazy!  I've sometimes wondered why some people are so concerned with neck dive?  I mean - you're holding onto the neck when you're playing anyway, what's the big deal?  How many people are just standing in front of the mirror with a Thunderbird strapped on and NOT playing it?  WTF?  Rant over.

It's a big deal to me. I want to play it, not to have to hold it in position to keep it from heading to the floor. YMMV.

It looks a little funny but I kinda like it. I suspect it plays and sounds great whilst hanging well. I wouldn't pay what I expect the reserve is though. Vintage guys would know better than me, but I would guess that it has little to no extra value for being "vintage", except maybe for some of the parts.
