Never heard of them until now. Some nice artwork if you're tired of relic'ed sunburst.

The guy who bought the same bass twice — first in 1977 and again in 2023

Nice! I also liked the Info/FAQ section. He definitely protects his integrity:

Do you make basses?

Yes! I love making basses.

Great! Can you make me a five-string?

No.

And again:

Quote
Do you make left-handed guitars?

I don't discriminate against anybody but 5-string bass players. No upcharge for my left-handed friends!

He sounds suspiciously like an honest person.  :P

I've seen his guitars before, last time I saw his website there were only a couple of basses on it. He has a good reputation. He does conventional finishes too, the artwork by Sarah Ryan is just an optional extra.

I'm not really into decoration other than the odd waterslide decal, but this stuff (especially the green/butterfly one) really works!

Same, but I also liked the green/butterfly. And I bet that silver "Mustang" with the T-Bird pups could shake some walls.

Another thing Creston won't do (at least on his guitars) is string through body bridges.

If you like to hear about builders, this is worth 20 minutes of your time. From 2014.
