Vending your "V" ...
« on: July 17, 2009, 11:41:36 AM »
Gotta be a little creative, spaghetti top, blond pig tails and a resounding F# major chord (though that empty E string is gonna drone a little, dear!) all help:

That said, it seems to be a nice specimen and the BIN is reasonable for the (albeit miraculous) collectibillity of these beasts. It will probably end up in a Flying V guitar collection.

How sad... what sprung out first (no rude comments, pur-lease) was that yellow transluscent instrument to the right of the "Brian May"...

Oh no... I'll be hankering for chifon next...   :o

Uwe, you actually noticed what chord she was playing. Better get yourself to a doctor for a checkup.

That's a bargain compared to what I've seen in the past few years. Unfortunately it's not in my budget.

Yeah, I decided after I posted that I'd have to do some further "research" to decide.  ???

Is this a "girls with basses" thread?

For purification of mind, it should at least stay a "girls with Gibson or Epi basses" please. No Warwick witches, Fender floozies, Ernie Ball babes etc!

Getting back to the V, I like it, don't know what I'd to with it but it is cool, anyone ever play one of these, do they sound good? Are they awkward to play?
