How appropriate we had this talk on a Sunday ;D. I was thinking we could have a secret handshake too, but with an on-line forum we have sort of a built in flaw  :-\.

E Pluribus Bass.

From many, there is bass.

Especially after a big Mexican dinner.

I got a nice flaw here - it's hardwood!   :rimshot:

I prefer the oath offered by Jack Douglas, author of epic works including "Never Trust A Naked Bus Driver", "My Brother Was an Only Child" and the story of his family's move to Alaska, "Shut Up And Eat Your Snowshoes."

That oath: "I am not now and never have been."

Works for me.

Somebody else remembers Jack Douglas! I used to watch Jack and Reiko on Jack Paar and then Carson. Always fun. Reiko passed away recently, Jack's been gone a long time.

Anyway, on the subject of oaths, let's not forget the Minimalist Bass Player's Oath: I promise to play the root, the whole root, and nothing but the root, so help me Dusty Hill.
