Why? A lot of nice hi-res pics doesn't change the fact that it's an EB-0 from the least sought after era (moved pickup, three piece maple neck and noticeably heavier).

Grossly overpriced.

i am not so amazed at the instrument as the condition it is in and yes it is overpriced. it still deserves a nod of respect for the owner or whoever kept it in this shape.

I think you mean case queens.  ;D

Hard to say. Sometimes a case queen is put in the case because it plays like a turd.

LOL, sometimes i am not politically correct and sometimes i am so naive it hurts. no harm intended Mark.

when i used to build Hotrods, i sometimes called the high dollar rides trailer queens when they would get trailered to events. coming from the midwest i would ask "What gets hauled around in pickups?" = answer: Hound dogs and Harleys. My brother who rides a
Sportster with a Screaming Eagle kit never appreciated this last one.

edit for spelling and my usual snyde remark.

Pass this one along to him.
"This Harley rider was tooling down the road when his bike suddenly quit. Pulling over onto the shoulder, he leaned the bike over onto the sidestand, crouched down and started checking out the wiring, linkages, etc. Well, a moment later a guy riding an Indian pulled up and asked if the Harley rider needed any help. The Harley rider, very appreciative said, "Yes, that would be great, thanks!"
So the Indian rider got off his bike and pulled out his tool kit.
The Harley guy asked, "Do you have any wrenches?"
The Indian rider answered, "Sure do. What size do you need?"
The Harley guy answered, "Doesn't matter, I'm going to use it for a hammer anyway."
