Another Sunburst NR II ...
« on: July 11, 2010, 09:50:08 AM »
They just keep coming -  this one was up for sale on the bay a while back. Looks like this time around they re-installed the original bridge and knobs.

Seems that Tbird owners get in financial binds, maybe.

Cracked pickguard, finish checking, Badass holes - BAH!  This one is a wreck!

Certainly a statistical cluster what we are experiencing here, I haven't seen that many Non Revs in a long time. But it is still puzzling that Non Revs get sold and old sixties Revs obviously not. Perhaps because Non Revs are ugly. As hell. : - )

They've grown on me since I've been here...

Is this the one where someone raised concerns re the body around the volume control...?

Perhaps a noobish question on my part, but should the pup on Thunderbird II have a ring?

Was it pulled last time or didn't it meet reserve?

The serial numbers on these two basses are very close. 510056 and 510060. Could they have been built together?
