I find the question and answer rather odd. Having an Epi NR myself I wonder if the guy selling it has ever put his around his neck. Mine dives like an Olympic swimmer...

Q: How does it sit with a strap? Is it balanced? Iam currently playing a standard epiphone thunderbird that when you let go of the neck the headstock drops to the ground. This is very annoying. Does yours do the same? Thanks Paul

Not really.  AUD$700 is market for these down here.  There aren't many around, and from memory they sold for AUD$899 new in 2000/2001 (when the AUD was worth around US0.65.  Of course, now that the AUD is worth US0.92, AUD$700 looks quite expensive to some international lookers)

As for the neck dive question, they are easy to manage - I never found mine to be a problem at all, but then again with a quality wide leather strap none of my long scale Gibsons have ever dived on me, including a Ripper, LBP3, EB4L and several Birds.

I've dealt with that seller before a couple of times.  He changes his eBay name and identities every few months, but the location is always consistent - somewhere in the NSW southern highlands.  I met him when he bought my blueburst Grecofaker, he's a nice guy, but has some strange ideas.  I get the feeling that he thinks everyone who is looking at items he has listed are idiots and he can spin any old BS to them.  That might have been true 10 years ago, but these days people are able to do their own research very easily.
