Do you have anything without rat in it?

Don't be picky, Denis. And show some cultural flexibility for chrisssakes.

If it is lovingly prepared:

At the end of the day it is a rabbit without ears and a scaly tail. Peruvians have been eating guinea pigs as their "rabbits" for milleniums. I kind of like rats as pets because they are smart. Eating one wouldn't be repulsive to me if it was properly kept and fed as opposed to a catch from the gutter or the local waste dump which I'm afraid the ones in those pics could be. I wouldn't want to eat rabbit from a waste dump either.

From my three years in Africa I learned that not everything that looks unaccustomed automatically tastes bad.

Australians refer to Kiwi's as Sheep Shaggers (in the nicest of humor of course) but I was interested to find that when I lived iin the UK it was a reference to the Welsh. Mind you Welsh sheep are a bit weird. Tails!!  No Sh!t!!  they have tails!  Have you ever heard anything so ridiculous in all your life?

All sheep have tails unless they are lopped off.
