Some of my work after I taught myself how to read and write a little better:
Maiden Rose of Kazanluk
By
Claro
1
Arise thee bouquet grasp the day lighted
Past accolades will not lie inert
The rose requires her nobility so dighted
Draw thy strength from the rich earth
Feel your strength and eye the field
See the fair valley filled fully with thy scent
The oil in your veins will full the yield
To arise and not know whereby you went
Perhaps for fair maiden you will be sealed
2
Awake Aramis and stretch your arms before you grow old and fat,
Unsheathe the slayer of before, feel your strength and eye the flat.
One more battle to be fought and although you may get repose,
Today you see the reason to approach and embrace the rose.
Do not be so taken to faulty light, frail a biased sight,
The strength is within the rose to let it get a true fair dight.
Forget aching along with hurt,
Draw your strength from the good dirt.
3
The redness of thy petals will forever sweeten
Never to taste of thee Aramis
Long arraignment so full and well neatened
To share a flavor of the beautiful kiss
Draw cold the winter deep within thy wall
Lay naked beneath the coding cover
Shaking with the thought of a golden embrace from far
Penetrating to depths folding over
The seed has grown true to spring’s bountiful embrace
Once again to share the red blush in face
Aramis the song you missed but stayed the calling
From the Maiden of Kazanluk

It is simply about an old man that collects the roses for pressing rose oil and a young maiden who wanted to come to the U.S. and marry me. I couldn't afford to bring her over here, we have managed to stay friends over a lot of years and of course it is about the roses. Marina now trades her body for survival, grows older and the roses still bloom.
If you like this I will post another in time.
Peace, Bill
